Allegiant’s Website-Travel Alerts
Allegiant Customer Update, 3/17/20 @ 10:00 am
New Travel Management Tool Available Now!
We appreciate your patience as we are experiencing a high volume of requests. To help, we’ve made it easier for you to change or cancel itineraries with no penalties. Changes and cancellations can now be made directly by visiting Manage Travel at www.allegiantair.com/my-trips. For cancellations, credit vouchers for future travel will be issued in the full amount of the current itinerary and emailed to the address on the original booking.
For reservations purchased with a hotel, car, voucher, or promotional code, our team will need to assist you. Please send us a direct message with your itinerary information.
Be aware that airport ticket counter staff will not be able to make itinerary changes or cancellations.
If you have sent us a direct message previously and still need help, please direct message us again. We will assist you as quickly as we can.
The change/cancellation policy currently in place will be honored as long as your request is made before your flight departure time.

A Riverside Air Program Update from Matt Laughlin, 3/18/20 @ 11:30 am
Don Laughlin’s Riverside Resort and Casino
While there are no known positive cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) in our area, the safety and well-being of our loyal guests, surrounding communities and team members will always be our highest priority. Under CDC recommendations, so we may do our part to help slow the spreading of COVID-19, we are canceling all Riverside Resort flights until further notice.
