2017 Spring Hunt - Turkey

Permits for archery hunting of wild turkey are issued by STC based on a first-come, first-serve (then lottery) basis. Seven (7) permits were issued for the 2017 Spring Turkey Archery season. A permit fee of $10.00 must be paid before an archery permit will be issued. Hunting is allowed in designated areas outside the fence on STC property (view respective map showing designated area). Firearm hunting is PROHIBITED!

Review and download STC Airport's Policies and Rules-2017 on Wild Turkey Management.

If interested, please call, come, or email to the terminal's Airport Administrative office and pay the $10.00 application fee by 4:30 pm on Friday, March 17th, 2017.

Permit holders are required to complete a Harvest Report, whether successful or not. Failure to return the Harvest Information Sheet to STC will result in denied eligibility for any future airport archery hunt.

The 2017 Archery Hunt season was split into six (6) different seasons beginning 4/12/17 and ending 5/31/17.  For more information, visit the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) website, call STC Airport Administration at 320-255-7292, Ext. 3, or email airport@ci.stcloud.mn.us.
